Victor is a Bachelor of the University of Bucharest, Faculty of Law, and holds a Master’s degree in Criminal Law from the same institution. He has been a member of the Bucharest Bar since October 2019.

Before joining GNP, Victor was an associate of a mid-sized international law firm, where his activity was centered on Commercial, M&A, and Real Estate matters. During his student years, he acted as a paralegal for an individual law office tackling white collar crimes which made first-page news.

With an unquenchable curiosity and drive (manifested, inter alia, by studying Computer Science at the Polytechnic University of Bucharest for 2 years before starting the Faculty of Law, and by reaching the finals of multiple competitions ranging from Criminal / Roman law mock trials to debate), Victor assists clients in Commercial, M&A, Corporate and Retail projects.
