Otilia Vîlcu was one of the main speakers at the National Competition Law Conference organised by Universul Juridic in collaboration with the Romanian Competition Council, on 24 October 2023.

Otilia discussed about economic concentrations in the context of the new Merger Simplification Package at European Commission level and also about national perspectives for foreign direct investments.
