RAMONA IS A BACHELOR OF LAW OF THE FACULTY OF LAW OF THE UNIVERSITY OF BUCHAREST AND HAS BEEN A MEMBER OF THE BUCHAREST BAR SINCE 2008. SHE IS A HIGHLY EXPERIENCED LAWYER, WELL VERSED IN CONTENTIOUS AND EMPLOYMENT MATTERS.

With 16 years of experience in litigation and employment matters, Ramona assists clients acting in various industries, such as: construction, IT&C, e-commerce, food & beverages, pharmaceuticals etc, advising them in cases involving business restructuring, transfer of employees, individual dismissals and collective redundancies, and relevant employment matters in due-dilligence projects.

Having a significant background in litigation, she has represented clients in complex litigations and arbitrations, including compliance and employment disputes, thus being able to provide full legal assistance in any contentious labour law matter. She provides day-to-day legal advice in various projects, such as cross-border matters, establishment of employee representative bodies, drafting of internal regulations, on-call or remote work policy, golden parachute and non-compete clauses and protection of confidential information, as well as discrimination and harassment policies.

Ramona also advises clients in whistleblowing matters, including establishing and implementing reporting channels, drafting whistleblowing procedures and providing support in resolving complaints received through reporting channels
