BIANCA IS A BACHELOR OF LAW FROM THE “BABES-BOLYAI” UNIVERSITY OF CLUJ. MEMBER OF THE BUCHAREST BAR, SHE STARTED HER CAREER IN 2009 AS ATTORNEY-AT-LAW IN A LAW FIRM CONNECTED TO A BIG 4 IN ROMANIA.

UNTIL SEPTEMBER 2018, BIANCA WAS INVOLVED IN COORDINATING A DYNAMIC AND CREATIVE TEAM SPECIALIZED IN COMPETITION LAW (ANTI-TRUST PRACTICES, ECONOMIC CONCENTRATIONS CONTROL AND STATE AID), DATA PROTECTION, CONSUMERS PROTECTION AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY.

Bianca is recommended by the main international consultancy publications as a top expert in competition law, being recognized for her significant experience in all complex aspects of the field. Bianca has advised a significant number of clients acting in various fields, such as energy, oil and gas production and distribution, FMCG. She has been involved in many projects in these areas of activity, providing legal advice to clients on various matters.

Bianca has published specialist articles and has held numerous presentations, seminars and trainings, having also participated in the drafting of laws and regulations in the fields of competition, state aid, life sciences, consumer protection etc.
